Why is my checking balance different from my bank?
The app starts from the balance you enter, then subtracts bills as they're marked paid and adds paychecks on payday. Tap Update balance on the Home screen to match your bank.

A bill on auto-pay didn't check off.
Make sure Auto-pay is turned on for that bill. Auto-pay bills check off on their due date. If you unchecked a bill on or after its due date, the app treats it as not paid. Tap its circle on the Bills tab to check it again.

How do I get reminders?
Go to Settings › Bill reminders and allow notifications. Reminders come at 9 AM, 3 days before each unpaid bill is due. You can change how many days ahead.

How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Pro also works for your Family Sharing group.

Is my data backed up?
Your data stays on your iPhone and is included in your iPhone's own backups. You can also export your bills to a spreadsheet in Settings (Pro).

Does Organized Bills pay my bills?
No. It's a planner. It doesn't connect to your bank or move money.
